No Coupon Inserts This Week: I'm Taking a Wee Break

On holiday weekends, there are no coupon inserts in the Sunday paper. Therefore, it's a good week to take a tiny break from clipping and sorting. I'll be off for a mini-vacation with the hubs, but back again on Sunday. I'll update you then on how we're doing on Lockdown and the Grocery Challenge. Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Owlhaven's September Grocery Challenge

In keeping with our Budget Lockdown theme, Mary Ostyn and her husband and ten (yes, ten) children engage in an annual Month of Nothing wherein they challenge themselves to spend no more than necessary. Coupons Restocked

It's the first of the month, which means the coupons in the blue bar on the side of the blog have been restocked and updated. Go there, peruse, and print off as many as you have time and paper for; if you've been following for a while, the sales at the grocery store generally follow the coupons that are posted there two to three weeks after posting of the coupons. There are a limited number of those coupons, so print early and often.
