Tightwad Tip Tuesday: Scrape your Jars with a Spatula

Another classic tightwad trick: last night I was making peanut butter sandwiches for school lunches and we were down to the dregs in the jar. I didn't want to haul my sick self down to the basement to get another jar, so I grabbed my narrow silicone spatula and scraped the inside of the jar. That rescued enough out of the jar for the two sandwiches I needed to make. It's not much, but it will add up over time.
